Model Release - The Client hereby grants to the Photographer the right to use and publish photographs for editorial and marketing purpose; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client releases the Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. 3. Liability - The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participants during the photo session.
